New Delhi, Jun 25 (PTI) Chinese Red Cross Society today
donated Rs 30 lakh to the Indian Red Cross Society as
assistance for the victims of the floods in Uttarakhand.
China's Ambassador to India Wei Wei handed over the
donation to S P Agarwal, Secretary General of the Indian Red
Cross Society here today.
Wei expressed his deep condolences over the heavy
casualties and property losses caused by the flood when
Agarwal met him, a Chinese Embassy release said.
